Production Steps of Spiral Architectural Woven Metal Mesh

First of all, crimping machines bend vertical warp wires and horizontal weft wires into fixed spiral wave shapes of different lengths. Each warp wire is threaded separately through the loom’s heddle parts. The lifting frame moves repeatedly to form weaving gaps, where weft wires can be inserted manually or mechanically. After weft wires pass through gaps, the loom reed compresses weft wires tightly onto curved warp sections. The lifting frame cycles continuously to form the standard staggered spiral interwoven mesh structure.
